First 2 sequences are examples of ways to perform skills at pylons...the 3rd sequence will involve players pairing up and performing some skills with pylons and some using each other
1. player 4 will skate with a puck up to the pylon and perform a specific skill around the cones and make a pass to player 6 - etc etc.
List of skills:
• Forehand fake,
• Backhand fake
• Shot/slapshot fake to forehand
• Backhand wide
• Pass/shot fake to backhand wide
• Spinorama, 360, pivot
• Toe Drag, Backhand drag
2. Inside edges to the far blue line than perform the skill at the top pylon
Make sure players are going in straight at the pylons

• Forehand fake,
• Backhand fake

• Backhand wide

• Spinorama
• Deke under stick
• Toe Drag
• Backhand drag
3. Players pair up and either use themselves
Skills:
• Stick handle under players stick - foot to foot
• Toe drag to backhand under stick - foot to foot
• Lateral stick handling - 2 steps, 1 step
• Passing forehand to backhand - toes up
• Passing backhand to forehand - toes up
• Fake to forehand/spin to backhand - 180
• Fake to backhand/spin to forehand - 180
• Figure Eights - F/B, pass puck to self
• Puck retreival - side to side, one hand
• Stick handling around cones - figure eights etc
