This drill helps with one-touch passing and also timing of passes because the player will be stationery and then starts skating by the last pass.
Line players up in two lines on each dot facing each other.
Player 1 passes the puck to player 4.
Player 4 one-touch passes it back.
Player 1 one-touches it back to player 4 and then skates hard to the end of the other line.
Then the drill continues with player 4 starting out. Keep going until players have went through a few times.
