Players line up as shown

1. On the whistle D take a shot on goal and F start in towards the bottom of the circle.

2. D picks up a puck behind the net after the shot and the F swings by the goal line.

3. D moves the puck to the F who goes in for a shot.

Variations:
• D takes a soft shot for the goalies to handle and give to the D.

• 2F go in - one provides the outlet the other acts as Center.
