Two Players from each side enter play as puck is shot in, players must regroup around cone in order to take a shot on net.
Key points:
• Both players must regroup before a shot is taken.
• Defensive players may not chase offensive players behind cones.
• Coach passes a new puck to the offensive team if a goal is scored or the puck is out of play.
• 30 to 40 seconds per shift/ 8 to 10 minutes per game.
