Setup:
2 players in each corner of the goalline.
2 players at the middle of the blue line.

Player 1 will pass to the player at the blue line and goes to the other side of the ice to defend player 3 who receives the puck from the top.

From here the play is 1 on 1.

Put the emphasis on the defense of the defender.

Rotation:
Defender goes to the blue line.
Offense becomes defense.
And the passer goes to the other corner.

Variation:
Add a goalie.
