Players line up as shown - equal amount of F in every line.
1. F skates up ice and makes a pass to the F.
2. D skates up ice gaps up and pivots.
3. F returns the pass and F's 1 and 7 head up ice.
4. Now F's 5 and 3 get to decide which way to go - they can join either rush
This can result in either Two 2 on 1's or a 1 on 1 and a 3 on 1 depending on where the F's chose to go.
Defensemen must keep their head on a swivel and be aware of all F's.
