Players line up as shown

1. Players leave at the same time following the pattern.
2. Make sure the players are doing the drill at full speed.
3. This is a pretty basic drill so here are a few things to add :
-A coach at each net telling the kids whether to take a forehand or backhand shot.
-A coach at each line adding a chaser to try and catch the player - great back checking practice.
-Make the pass a bank pass on the boards.

Change sides so players get used to receiving the passes from both sides.
