Players line up as shown

1. On the whistle, F's follow patterns both ends at once

2. F3 receives pass from next F in line and chips it up past the Coach to the other forward

3. Both F's go in on a 2 on 1 vs. the D

4. D must time it come in and pivot getting ready for the 2 on 1

F's must chip it past the C yet not so hard that it gets past the F and intercepted by the D
