Players line up as shown

1. On the whistle, Defenders skate around the center ice circle backwards,  Forwards follow them as shown skating forwards.

Note:

- Forwards can try and get in behind the D if they can

2. F than receives a pass from the next F and he goes in 1 on 1.

Notes:

- You can have them make direct passes or bank passes off the boards.

- Always have them receive passes on their backhands when applicable.
